Hi everyone this month's free project is how to make a hanging teacup and tea pot decoration. You will need, different fabrics, a sewing machine, fuse a web, an iron and some string or pretty twine.
Step 1: Create a template of a teapot and cup with saucer (you could design one free hand, trace a picture or print a template from the web). Next take 2 pieces of fabric and put the fuse a web between them and iron. Then draw around you template and cut out your shape. (Do this for as many teapots and cups you require).
Step 2: I used my sewing machine to 'draw' a zig zag around the edge of the shapes to give them a fancy outline.
Step 3: Join your shapes together using string or pretty twine! Super simple and quick!
